### Returns
* Returns are accepted within **7 days** of receiving your order.
* Items must be **unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition** with all tags and original packaging intact.
* Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
### Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

* Gift cards
* Personalized or customized products
* Intimate wear and accessories (where applicable)
### Refunds
* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
### Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos of the issue.
### Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
